We’re thrilled to share that Cyber Futures is one of 40 innovative projects awarded funding as part of the €6.5 million investment announced by Ministers James Lawless and Helen McEntee!
This support, made possible through the Research Ireland Discover Programme, is a huge boost for our mission — empowering the next generation through cybersecurity education, digital skills, and career inspiration.
We’re proud to be part of a national effort to spark curiosity and confidence in STEM.
With this funding, we’re excited to continue growing projects like our upcoming Cyber Futures Cyber Academy — a free, online cybersecurity academy for TY and 5th Year students, running from June 9th–13th.
It’s packed with expert-led sessions on vulnerability analysis, cryptography, and penetration testing — perfect for students curious about tech, digital security, and real-world problem-solving.
- Open to all TY and 5th Year students
- Completely free
- 100% online
