Cyber Skills Selected as a Finalist for the Women4Cyber (W4C) Recognition Award!

Women4Cyber is a non-profit European private foundation with the objective to promote, encourage and support the participation of women in the field of cybersecurity.
The final announcement will be made at the Louwman Museum in The Hague, Netherlands, during the Women4Cyber Conference, taking place from the 3rd -4th of October. This is a prominent hub for cybersecurity expertise, hosting key institutions like Europol (including the European Cybercrime Centre), and the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
This inspiring event will cover key topics such as AI, Cybercrime, Hybrid Threats, Social Engineering, Regulation Impact, and more. The event will take place during the Hague’s Cybersecurity Week. This year, in addition to regular sessions, we will introduce a talent hub for recruiters to hire and a VIP C-level networking area among other things. There will be a number of Inspirational Talks, Case Studies, Technical Talks and lots of networking!
There is expected to be more than 200 attendees and over 40 speakers at this event. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable industry insights from some of Europe’s leading cybersecurity experts. Over the 2-day conference there will be thoughtful talks, debates, and workshops. Hear all about cybersecurity and career learnings from those creating change in this ever-evolving industry.
The W4C Recognition Award celebrates organizations that champion gender diversity in cybersecurity. To qualify, companies must have at least 30% women in their workforce and/or show a strong commitment to promoting gender equality in the industry. This award highlights those promoting inclusive hiring, pay equity, and creating a culture of unbiased growth and opportunities.
